Why can I not get this item through Amazon? Ordered from the USA, USA dollars, expensive. The shipment originally said it came from Europe, with Europe tracking numbers, which when tried to track the shipment, they numbers supplied were not valid. After communicating with your customer service, they said the shipment was coming from China, not Europe or the USA, as the Canadian and USA warehouses out of stock. Product more or less matches what I purchase in summer of 2023, which is good but...similiar bags from Amazon were not as expensive. Take care.

Upon recieving my waterfly panniers I was immediatly struck with the quality and brilliant design of them.. and the fitment was impeccable!
