You can return most Waterfly purchases for any reason within 30 days. We want you to be completely satisfied, so take a full month to make sure your Waterfly purchase works for you.

Before you submit a return request, here's what you need to know:

For a return to be accepted, items must be in their original condition. Please ensure your return meets the following criteria:

• Free for WATERFLY Members: Returns are complimentary for registered members.
• Complete: Must include all original accessories and product packaging (not the shipping box).
• Original Condition: The item must be undamaged, clean, and free of any stains, dirt, or odors (like perfume or smoke).
• Hang Tag Attached: Please do not remove the original hang tag.
• No Personal Items: Kindly double-check that no personal belongings are left inside. WATERFLY is not responsible for returning personal items.
